new guest inquiries must include:

• an unedited photo of your current hair in natural, indirect light

• an inspiration photo that best fits your goals

• your hair history over the last 2 years

• agreement to all policies

all new guests will require a $100 non-refundable retainer fee to secure your appointment. this fee will be applied to your service day of.​ please note, this fee may be forfeited in the event of rescheduling.
