cancellations & no shows


out of respect for both my time and my guests time, I ask for 48 hours notice for all cancellations / rescheduling of appointments.

cancellations with 48 hours notice or less, will result in a 50% charge of your scheduled services to your card on file. cancellations with 24 hours notice or less, will result in a 100% charge of your scheduled services to your card on file. no shows will result in a 100% charge of your scheduled services to your card on file.

I understand life happens, emergencies happen, unexpected things pop up - it happens to me too! please maintain open communication as I value both my time & yours immensely!

running late

please arrive on time to your appointment to ensure the best experience possible! I understand things like traffic, parking, etc. can be unpredictable - please give a courtesy call if you are anticipating running late & I will do the same for you!

I have roughly a 15 minute buffer with all appointments - if you are more than 15 minutes late this may result in modifying the services I am able to offer and you will still be charged for the services scheduled. if I am unable to modify your appointment while maintaining the end goal in mind, I may respectfully ask that we reschedule and a no show charge will apply.

if I am able to move forward with your service and we are pushed beyond our scheduled time together, a late fee will be applied.



all deposits are non refundable - this includes new client deposits, extension deposits, and bridal deposits. deposits are to be applied towards the service day of and may be forfeited in the event of rescheduling. 

service adjustments & refunds

refunds are not offered on services. 

my goal with every visit is a fully satisfied guest! I do my best to set realistic expectations with our time together to ensure the end goal is exactly what you are expecting, and hopefully much much more! should you have challenges with your hair after our time together I ask you notify me within 7 days of your visit. 

I rarely allow adjustments - but communication is key so let's chat and get to the root of where you are struggling so we can form a plan moving forward!
